CAMPSITES

•  Rates are for up to four people; $4 extra per person per night up to a maximum of six to a campsite. No more than 4 adults permitted per campsite.

•  The "tents-only" sites do not have electricity or water directly at each campsite. Water is available close by.

•  Non-aggressive, well-behaved pets on a 6’ leash are welcome in the campsites. Please do not leave them unattended and pick up and dispose of their waste.

•  Space is available for one camping unit and one car per site. Tent pads in the tents-only area are 12' x 16'. Tents must be placed on the tent pads. Extra vehicles at $5/day, must be parked in overflow parking area.

ALL CABINS

•  Cabin rates are based on 4 people; 8 for the Farmhouse. Some cabins accommodate more for $5/night/person. Minimum 3 night rental on all cabins in the high season.

•  Sheets and towels are not included. Sheets may be rented for $6/set per stay.

•  Non-aggressive, well-behaved pets are allowed in the cabins for an extra $10/night/pet.

• One vehicle per cabin. (The Farmhouse may have two vehicles.) Extra vehicles at $5/day, must be parked in our overflow parking area. An extra fee will apply for utility or cargo trailers.

•  All cabin rentals are "smoke-free".

•  9.75% tax is charged on cabin rentals.

•  Cable TV is available in a few cabins: .Appalachian, Oconaluftee, Elk, Black Bear, Brook Trout, Hickory, Mountain Laurel and Farmhouse.

VISITORS
Your visitors are always welcome at Deep Creek Tube Center & Campground, as long as they register at the Campground Store/Office. All your visitors must register, pay Day-Use Fees, and leave the resort by 10 pm. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. A copy of these guidelines is presented at time of Check-in.

RESERVATION POLICY
Advance reservations require a minimum stay of two nights and three nights on weekends. Four nights are required for selected campsites and cabins on holidays.

Deposit: Two night's rental is due at the time the reservation is booked. Credit cards are charged for the deposit at the time the reservation is booked. We accept Visa and Master Card.

The balance due for the number of days reserved is payable upon arrival. Please make your reservations for the exact number of days you wish to stay; refunds are not issued for early departures. We cannot guarantee the specific campsite or cabin you reserved if you change the arrival or departure date after the reservation has been confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that we are a small private campground, and last minute cancellations have a significant impact on us and other prospective guests we have had to turn away.

NOTE: Reservations of 2 or more campsites and/or cabins are considered group reservations, and require a 30-day notice of cancellation to receive a refund on the deposit.

Campsite Reservations: We will return your deposit minus a $20 service charge if you cancel FOURTEEN (14) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel THIRTEEN (13) days or less prior to your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited. If you cancel SEVEN (7) days or less of your arrival date, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay, less any nights we are able to rebook for the reservation period.

Cabin Reservations: We will return your deposit minus a $35 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less prior to your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited. If you cancel SEVEN (7) days or less of your arrival date, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay, less any nights we are able to rebook for the reservation period.

All these policies apply to any late date arrivals, early date departures, and "no-shows."

No Shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a "No Show". "No Shows" are subject to the same cancellation policies.

Camping is a great outdoor experience; therefore we do not give refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.

The Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check-in time is 1 pm for campsites
and 3 pm for cabins.

Check-out time for campsites
and cabins is 11 am.

Our Camp Store and Registration is open until 7:00 pm in low season and 8:00 pm during the high season. Please let us know if you will be arriving after that time so that we can make special arrangements for you.
